Due to the nature of fragrance and cosmetic products, we follow strict hygiene and quality-control standards. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

1. When Returns Are Accepted

We only accept returns in the following cases:

  • Product is damaged during delivery
  • Product is defective (leakage, broken bottle, faulty sprayer)
  • Wrong product delivered

2. Returns Not Accepted For

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Fragrance liking/disliking
  • Performance concerns (lasting, projection, etc.)
  • Minor packaging differences
  • Opened or used products

👉 Fragrance perception varies from person to person and is not considered a defect.

3. 24-Hour Reporting (Mandatory)

All issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

4. Required Proof for Claims

To process your request, you must provide:

  • Order number
  • Unboxing video (sealed parcel → opening → product condition)
  • Clear photos of product issue
  • Courier packaging & label
  • Receipt / order confirmation

⚠️ Claims without proper evidence or after 24 hours may not be accepted.

5. Unboxing Video Requirement

For any damage or leakage claim:

  • Record a continuous unboxing video
  • Show sealed parcel before opening
  • Show product condition clearly

👉 Claims without video proof can be declined.

6. Courier Damage Process

All orders are shipped via third-party courier services.

If damage occurs:

  • A claim is raised with the courier
  • Verification may take time as per courier policy

👉 Refund/replacement will be processed after courier claim approval.

7. Return Approval Process

If your claim is approved:

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging
  • Our team will guide you on return process
  • Do not send product without approval

👉 Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

8. Refund Policy

After product inspection:

  • Refund will be issued via original payment method or bank transfer
  • Processing time depends on bank/courier timelines

👉 Delivery charges are non-refundable unless it was our mistake.

9. Replacement Option

Where applicable, we may offer:

  • Same product replacement
  • Exchange with product of equal value

👉 Subject to stock availability.

10. Fraud & Misuse Policy

To maintain fair usage:

  • False or repeated claims may lead to order restrictions
  • COD misuse may result in blocked orders
  • We reserve the right to refuse service in case of policy abuse

11. Product Care Responsibility

Customers are advised to:

  • Store perfumes in a cool, dry place
  • Avoid direct sunlight
  • Keep bottle properly closed

👉 We are not responsible for performance issues due to improper storage after delivery.
