We do not deal in replicas, testers (unless clearly mentioned), or unauthorized products.

4. Orders & Acceptance

  • All orders placed through the Website are subject to availability and confirmation.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.

  • Order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance; acceptance occurs when the product is dispatched.

5. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

  • Prices may change without prior notice.

  • Payment options may include Cash on Delivery (COD), bank transfer, debit/credit cards, or other approved methods.

For COD orders:

  • You must ensure availability at the delivery address.

  • Repeated order refusals may result in account restrictions.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on city and courier services.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather, strikes, or unforeseen events.

  • Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery.

Customers must inspect the parcel at the time of delivery and report visible damage immediately.

7. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of fragrance and cosmetic products:

  • Opened or used products are not eligible for return for hygiene reasons.

  • Returns are only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

  • Claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery with proof (photos/videos).

Approved returns must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website, including:

  • Product images

  • Videos

  • Descriptions

  • Graphics

  • Website design

are the property of Global Perfumes Pvt Ltd or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
